I’m not going to say the sole reason I set so many books in the South Carolina/Georgia Lowcountry and the Louisiana Bayou is because I love, love, love (!!) the food. But delicious local cuisine sure makes research trips a lot more fun. I've also included some great dishes in Wyoming I found while researching Impulse.
