Last night’s yummy dinner on the patio: Carne asada tacos made with steak rubbed with spicy seasoning and marinated in lime juice before cooking. Tortillas were warmed on the grill, then I added the sliced steak, crunchy cabbage, pico de gallo, lime crema, and slices of avocado. Served them with, natch, a margarita. They were so good that this morning I was still thinking about them, so I had my hero, Seth Harper, pick up tacos at a Honeymoon Harbor taco truck instead of his usual burger. lol
