Last night’s dinner: a take on low country boil made easy with separate mesh bags from our fabulous olympia Seafood fishmonger. Bring 3 qts of water with seasoning, lemon, orange, & onion to boil, add potato and corn bag for 12 minutes, seafood & sausage bag for 4 more minutes, plate, then pour melted compound butter (also included!) over all. It was so good and only $15 for two people with our $5 punch card! Next time I’m adding some fresh Dungeness crab.
