Last night’s yum dinner: gnocchi boiled, then crisped & browned a bit in butter w/ roasted tomatoes, garlic, wilted spinach, and topped w/ pesto ricotta. Another meal for the menu at Lucas Kitchen in Honeymoon Harbor.
