This quote came from a true family story. Hubs had always known his grandparents died the same day, but never knew how. I was curious, so I sent to Oregon for their death certificates and learned that his grandfather had died of a heart attack. After spending much of the day at the hospital with her husband until he passed, his grandmother returned home and had a heart attack that evening. Broken heart after the death of a loved one is actually a medically recognized reality.
